This Privacy Policy explains how NutriGains (“NutriGains”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects and shares personal information when you visit or use our website, application, meal plans, subscriptions, ordering, delivery and customer-support services. It applies to website visitors, registered users, customers, subscribers, delivery recipients and persons making enquiries.

Depending on the service used, we may collect: full name; mobile/telephone number; email address; age/date of birth where required; gender where required; account/login information; height and weight; activity level; fitness or nutrition goal; dietary preference (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, eggetarian, vegan where available); food preferences; allergies, intolerances, restrictions and foods to avoid; protein, calorie, carbohydrate, fibre or other nutrition preferences; relevant health/dietary information voluntarily provided for a requested service; delivery address/location and instructions; preferred meal timings; orders, subscriptions, meal selections, add-ons, skips, pauses, cancellations and delivery history; payment status, transaction reference and invoice information; customer-support communications; and reviews, feedback, photographs or testimonials where provided.

When you use the website/app, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, operating system, pages viewed, session information, access time, referring source, error/diagnostic information, cookie identifiers and analytics information, depending on the technologies implemented.

We use information to: create and manage accounts; provide and customize meals; understand food and nutrition preferences; process orders and subscriptions; arrange delivery; process/verify payments; communicate confirmations, reminders and service notices; provide customer support; manage complaints and feedback; improve meals, website and services; maintain business, accounting, audit and transaction records; prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorized access; maintain security; analyze service usage; and comply with applicable law, lawful requests and legal obligations.

Health or nutrition information is requested only where reasonably necessary for a requested customization/service or where voluntarily provided. Customers should provide accurate allergy and restriction information. NutriGains does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist or other qualified healthcare professional. Customers with significant allergies, medical conditions or therapeutic dietary requirements should obtain appropriate professional advice.

Where consent is legally required, NutriGains will request it clearly and for the relevant purpose. Optional marketing, location, cookies, testimonials and other optional processing may require separate consent where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, customers may withdraw consent through the available mechanism, subject to applicable law and legitimate/legal processing that may continue. Service communications necessary to operate an account, order or subscription may still be sent.

Cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies may be used for login/session functions, preferences, website security, analytics and performance. Where required, the website will provide appropriate controls or notices for non-essential technologies.

NutriGains does not intend to sell personal information as a commercial product. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with authorized employees, kitchen/delivery personnel and service providers such as hosting/cloud providers, CRM providers, payment processors, communication/WhatsApp providers, email providers, analytics providers, technical providers and other operational partners. Access should be limited to information necessary for the particular task.

NutriGains may maintain a centralized customer record containing relevant registration, order, subscription, payment, preference, support and delivery information. Delivery personnel may receive necessary delivery information. If location services are enabled, location may be used for serviceability, delivery, navigation, ETA, tracking and operational/security purposes, subject to applicable permission requirements.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. NutriGains may retain payment status, amount, date, transaction/reference number and invoice information. Complete card/banking credentials are not intended to be stored by NutriGains unless specifically necessary, lawful and supported by the relevant payment system.

NutriGains may communicate by website, app, WhatsApp, telephone or email for service delivery, orders, subscriptions, support and important notices. Promotional communications will be handled according to applicable consent/law, and customers may opt out of marketing communications. Essential service messages may continue where necessary.

Customers may voluntarily provide reviews, ratings, feedback, photographs, videos or testimonials. NutriGains will obtain appropriate permission before publicly using identifiable customer content where required. Customers should not submit another person's personal information or image without authorization.

Where a customer chooses an eligible meal-donation option, NutriGains may process information needed to coordinate the donation and provide appropriate confirmation. Photographs or information concerning beneficiaries, particularly children, should be collected and used only with appropriate permission and without unnecessary disclosure of personal information.

NutriGains will use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. Depending on the implemented system, safeguards may include HTTPS, secure authentication/OTP, access controls, role-based permissions, encryption where appropriate, secure APIs, session controls, audit logs, backups, disaster recovery, rate limiting, monitoring and measures against unauthorized access or data leakage.

If NutriGains becomes aware of a personal-data security incident, it will investigate, contain/mitigate the incident, assess impact, take corrective measures and make notifications or disclosures required by applicable law.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, or longer where required/permitted by law. Different records may have different retention periods. When no longer required, information may be deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of, subject to legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution and regulatory requirements.

Subject to applicable law, customers may have rights relating to access to personal data and processing information, correction/update, erasure where applicable, withdrawal of consent where applicable, grievance redressal and nomination. Requests may be made through the published NutriGains privacy/customer-care channel.

Customers should keep their information accurate and updated. Account deletion may be requested, but certain records may need to be retained for taxation, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, disputes or other lawful purposes. Information no longer required will be deleted or anonymized subject to applicable retention requirements.

NutriGains will apply any additional safeguards required by applicable law for children's personal data. Customers should not provide another person's information without appropriate authority.

The website may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, analytics, communications, login or other technology providers. Their own privacy terms may apply. Some service providers may process data using infrastructure outside India; NutriGains will follow applicable legal requirements for such processing.

NutriGains may use software for recommendations, personalization, analytics, customer support and operational management. Such systems are not medical diagnostic or prescription systems. A submitted questionnaire does not itself constitute a medical prescription.

NutriGains may retain orders, payments, invoices, subscription records, delivery records, communications, complaints, consent records, security logs and audit records for legitimate business, accounting, security, legal and regulatory purposes.

NutriGains may update this Privacy Policy for changes in law, technology, services, security or business practices. The updated version will be published with a revised date. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
